Guidelines for Submission

Welcome and encourage the submission of high-quality, original papers, which are not being submitted simultaneously for publication elsewhere. Papers should be written in English, formatted.

Important Dates

If you decide to submit your manuscript to ICMAI 2025, please prepare it and submit it to Electronic Submission System before the deadline. When you click the link, you may need an account to submit the paper. If you have publication purpose, please submit full-length manuscript. Abstract submission will be considered for oral presentation on ICMAI.

The conference Secretary will notify you with paper ID number which is the ONLY identity number of your submission paper for the further communication. She may also offer some suggestion towards the paper.

Notification Date/通知时间March 20, 2025

The conference technical committee will make an overall arrangementssent and assign the paper for review process. It'll take about 25 days. Early result and early notification. Please pay attention to the Important Dates and be patient.

During the review process, you may also receive mail from conference secretary towards your paper. If she requires you to provide more information of the paper, please cooperate her accordingly.

After the review process, the conference will send the notification mails to author/authors of the paper. No matter it's accepted or rejected, you will be notified with the result.

Registration Deadline/注册截止April 10, 2025

You are required to read the notificatio letter carefully and download the needed forms via the links provided. Please follow the instruction steps to complete the registration. Afterwards, you must submit those registration files before the registration deadline.

Policies of ICMAI

Review Process:
By submitting a paper to ICMAI, the authors agree to the review process and understand that papers undergo a peer-review process. Manuscripts will be reviewed by appropriately qualified experts in the field selected by the Conference Committee, who will give detailed comments and — if the submission gets accepted — the authors submit a revised ("camera-ready") version that takes into account this feedback.
All papers are reviewed using a single-blind review process: authors declare their names and affiliations in the manuscript for the reviewers to see, but reviewers do not know each other's identities, nor do the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscript.
The Committees of ICMAI 2025 invest great efforts in reviewing the papers submitted to the conference and organising the sessions to enable the participants to gain maximum benefit.

Note

As Author, you can publish the manuscript and deliver paper presentation on ICMAI 2025, orally or poster presentation. You must submit Full-length Manuscript for review before the submission deadline.
作者身份参会: 审稿后文章被ICMAI 2025 录用,并在会议现场发表演讲,口头报告和海报报告展示均可接受。请投稿全文。

As Presenter, you can deliver a presentation on ICMAI 2025, but the presented manuscript WILL NOT be published. Abstract  is necessary to submit. 
报告者身份参会: 在ICMAI 2025会议上进行口头报告或海报展示,报告文章仅被收录至会议合集,不出版。

As Delegate, you can participate and attend all the presentation sessions only, neither making presentation nor having paper published.
听众身份参会: 出席并参加ICMAI 2025, 并可全程旁听会议所有展示报告。

Plagiarism:
ICMAI is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.
If the author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
1. Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2. Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
3. Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4. Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist.
